I do own all original characters, their costume designs, and their stories that I have created for setting in any of the above fandoms. She and I use each other's characters freely because they follow the same plots and are highly interactive within those storylines. This includes, but is not limited to, using my art for a book cover, publishing my writings in a digital or physical magazine, and/or posting pieces or entireties of my journal entries in a blog.

You may use my drawings as references (for poses, anatomy, coloring, etc.) so long as you (a)give me credit by siting my name (Kira Ani McGrath and/or ~kira-mcgrath) in a description of the work or on the work itself, (b)link back to either my deviantART page or KAM's Place forum page in a description of the work or on the work itself, (c)do not use any parts of my original characters and/or costumes, photography/collages, written works, and/or any of my creations and/or deviations without my direct and explicit written permission, and (d)do not steal my work and claim it as your own!

You may not use my works for any kind of profit, including, but not limited to, personal and/or commercial.

The fair use law is applicable, but that is not a free pass to do whatever you want with/to my work.

If you wish to use my work for something other than references, note or email me and explain your project. I reserve the sole right to approve or deny your use of my work.

If you see any of my art/comic pages/writings/works/deviations/journal entries on any other deviantART account, DrunkDuck account, and/or website (excluding ~kira-mcgrath, ~NeminaEarthenLegacy, ~KiraAniMcGrath, ~KiraAM-stock, KAM's Place (my proboards account), my DrunkDuck account, my YouTube account, my SoundClick account, and my iLike account) or anyplace offline, please note or email me, as it may be copyright infringement and I will need to personally attend to the matter. Thank you.

The only exception to any of these rules are images which I have placed in deviantART's Resources & Stock Images category. With such images, you may use them freely, but if you post your work anywhere, the images have to have been significantly altered and you must give me credit either on the image itself or in the description of your image.

I reserve the right to change any of my personal rules at any time without notice.






Base-specific Rules
All above bullets and rules still apply.

Please give me credit! If you use or reference any of my bases, please give me due credit for the base I created. Either link back to my dA page in the description (through name (~kira-mcgrath) or URL (http://kira-mcgrath.deviantart.com)) or type my name (kira-mcgrath, Kira Ani McGrath, KAM) or URL (http://kira-mcgrath.deviantart.com) on your image.

Your created image must be significantly altered! In other words, someone would have to put significant effort into returning your image to my original base. I don't want someone to happen across your image and have it be so barely altered that they're able to use your image as their base instead of going back to my original. Basically, I want no re-posts of my bases.

Do not post one of my edited bases (whether direct or referenced) as your own base. Do not change my female base into a male base and post it. Do not change my male base into a female base and post it. Do not redraw my base, with or without any anatomical changes, and post it. Basically, I want no re-posts of my bases.

You may make pixel doll bases from my drawing bases if you give me credit and send me a link. As long as you give me credit for the original pose, you are free to pixelize my drawing bases for the pixel doll community. I do, however, ask that you leave a link in the comments of the base you pixelized, so that I can link to your base in my artist's comments.

You may post a significantly cleaned-up version of any of my drawing bases if you give me credit and send me a link. As long as you give me credit for the original drawing, you are free to vector, ink, or otherwise noticeably improve upon one of my bases. I do, however, ask that you leave a link in the comments of the base you cleaned up, so that I can link to your base in my artist's comments.

Your use of my base(s) cannot earn you money. This applies to both prints and commissions. If you create a drawing with one of my bases, you cannot make that drawing into a print (or printed-on object) for other people to buy, whether on dA, another website, or in an already-printed physical form. If you take a commission, you cannot use any of my bases in any way, neither directly nor as references.

You may use my bases to draw a gift for someone. If you're giving someone an image out of the goodness of your heart, you can use my bases either directly or as references. However, you must still give me credit.

You may use my bases to draw part of an art trade or a collab. However, you need to make sure that the other artist agrees to this before you do so. Also, you must still give me credit.

If you use a base, please it. This is not an absolute; I am not going to hunt you down and hound you to a base that you used but didn't favorite. It would just be nice, a sort of artist-to-artist favor, if you faved any bases of mine that you happen to use.

By downloading/saving/using any of my bases, you automatically agree to follow these rules. Whether you use one base or all of them, whether you use the bases directly or as reference, when you click that "Download" button or otherwise create a copy of the image, you agree to follow these rules. If I come across a use of my bases that breaks my rules, I will ask the offender to remedy the situation. If s/he does not comply, I will get the image removed.

You may ask me to grant specific exceptions to any of the above rules. Since I cannot police personal use, you may have edited a base's pose or redrawn a base for better anatomy. "Coloring Book" -specific Rules
All above bullets and rules still apply.

Only line art placed into my "Coloring Book" gallery folder is available for coloring.

Do not remove my signature and/or date! You MUST leave any and all of my signature marks and dates intact.

Please give me credit! If you color one of my inked images, please give me due credit for the linework I created. Either link back to my dA page in the description (through name (~kira-mcgrath) or URL (http://kira-mcgrath.deviantart.com)) or type my name (kira-mcgrath, Kira Ani McGrath, KAM) or URL (http://kira-mcgrath.deviantart.com) on your image.

Your colored image must be significantly different! In other words, someone would have to put significant effort into returning your image to my original lines. Don't just color an eye or apply a filter and say, "It's an artistic interpretation!" I don't want someone to happen across your image and have it be so barely altered that they're able to use your image as their source instead of going back to my original. Basically, I want no re-posts of my lines.

Do not post any of my unaltered lines as your own. Just because I am giving the public permission to color my linework does not mean that you can just re-post my linework under your own dA account or on another website. Re-posting my linework as your own work is outright thievery, and the image will be taken down.

Do not edit any of my lines and post them as your own. Do not change the color of the linework and post the image. Do not apply a filter and post the image. Do not change the outfit or the hairstyle and post the image. Do not change the gender of the subject and post the image. Basically, I want no re-posts of my lines.

Your use of my linework cannot earn you money. This applies to both prints and commissions. I retain copyrights to the image.

I get to post the image in my deviantART gallery and use it as an example of my commission work.

I will never sell the commissioned work in any form, whether to a third party or for my own profit.

You retain copyrights to your character(s).

Your use of the commissioned work (my artwork) cannot earn you money. This applies to both prints and commissions. If you commission an artwork from me, you cannot make that image into a print (or printed-on object) for other people to buy, whether on dA, another website, or in an already-printed physical form.

You can use the commissioned work for any non-profit purposes. This includes that you may crop, resize, or otherwise edit your commissioned work to suit your needs.

You must credit me if you repost the commissioned work in any form.

Do not claim that you drew the commissioned work (my artwork).

If you commission a base, then my Base-specific Rules also apply.

Any third parties retain their copyrights to their characters and creations. This is if you ask me to draw a fanart or a fan character. If you ask me to draw a DC Comics character, DC Comics still owns that character. If you ask me to draw your created Pokémon trainer, Pokémon and official characters would still be ©/®/™ Satoshi Tajiri, The Nintendo Company, & Game Freak.

If you purchase a commission from me, you agree to the above rules.
